They brought their expertise from renowned establishments like Gaucho in London, O’Learys Sport Restaurant, Cut by Wolfgang Puck, Beluga Seafood Restaurant, and El Chiringuito in Dubai. This talented trio forms the culinary heart of Fillet Restaurant, embodying the motto “creative cooking, sustainable thinking.”
Fillet Restaurant first opened in Bukhara, quickly earning acclaim for its innovative fusion of traditional and modern culinary techniques. This success led to our expansion into Tashkent, where we continue to offer exceptional dining experiences featuring the finest local ingredients, including Bukharian beef paired with fine wines.
